Ashridge continues to help its clients develop crucial skills in strategy, management, leadership and change as well as to address fundamental business level challenges. In this sense, our tailored programmes are often described as organisational development or change initiatives, rather than executive education.

Clients such as Bayer CropScience (BCS), who recently launched their Global Marketing Academy (GMA) programme, exemplify this.

The Bayer CropScience GMAs support an evolution from a product-led to customer-led marketing organisation. They develop the strategic understanding and skills of the 1000 strong marketing community. The programmes are delivered internationally with locations including Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo and Singapore and are fundamental to the culture change occurring within BCS.
