Research Office
The research office team supports Ashridge faculty in delivering high quality business and management research. We work in partnership with a network of Research Fellows and Research Associates.
Vicki Culpin
Vicki is the Ashridge Research Director and a member of the Ashridge faculty. She works with a range of clients, nationally and internationally, from the public, private and cultural sectors and delivers guest lectures around the UK on a variety of psychological topics.

Carina Schofield
Carina joined Ashridge in 2007 as a researcher in the Public Leadership Centre, and is now a Research Fellow working on a number of applied research projects. Her research interests are in the areas of psychology (cognitive, social, developmental and forensic) and technology (in particular, issues surrounding trust and privacy and in the effective use of technology in enhancing learning). She also provides research advice and support to Ashridge faculty and has strong links to the wider research team at Ashridge.
Lee Waller
Lee is a Research Fellow at Ashridge. She works on projects focusing on learning outcomes, transfer and evaluation. Her research interests are in the areas of emotion and learning, and the transfer of learning from development programmes to the workplace, with particular focus on the influence of the organisational climate, and how we can help our clients increase the likelihood that what their employees learn at Ashridge will be applied back at work.

Judy Curd
Judy is Data Analyst for the Research Office and is responsible for managing Ashridge's pyschometrics databases. She supports faculty with her expertise in quantitative data analysis and online survey design and provides administrative support to the Research team.
Shirine Voller
Shirine is Research Manager at Ashridge. She is completing a Masters by Research at Cranfield University where her research focuses on how organisations use evaluation to make decisions about management and leadership programmes. In her role as Research Manager, Shirine leads on research communications, reporting and financial management, and acts as the central point of contact for research inquiries. She is also lead editor of a book to be published in 2010 on The Future of Learning.
Viki Holton
Viki is a Principal Researcher at Ashridge. Her interests include surveying current trends in management and management development, best practice in career development, HR, equal opportunities and the development of women managers.

Ellen Pruyne
Ellen is a Learning Consultant in the Ashridge Centre for Research in Executive Development. She supports Ashridge programmes and clients in designing effective learning environments and experiences, optimising participant learning, and conducting learning assessments and impact evaluations.

Eileen Mullins
Eileen is the research office team administrator, providing administrative support to the team and research centres, including events, survey design, marketing and communications.
Eileen works closely with the Ashridge Centre for Business and Sustainability, including the Managing Corporate Community Investment and Integrating Corporate Responsibility programmes.
